The Enterprise Systems & Data Architect evaluates existing applications or systems to determine enhancement requirements and ensures that the final solutions meet organizational needs. Responsibilities for the position include selecting the design approach and developing, implementing, optimizing, and overseeing internally used conceptual and logical data systems, applying sound technical management and development principles throughout the development lifecycle to produce high-quality solutions.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $124,317.00 and $166,184.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 15% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Research, develop and implement solutions which coordinate enterprise systems across the organization.
- Manage the effectiveness and productivity of the development process by working with the business to ensure requirements gathering, solution design, story grooming and technical artifacts are complete and comprehensive.
- Develop and maintains artifacts and processes for the effective documentation and communication of development activities in the Enterprise Systems space.
- Develop and monitor effective testing and quality standards and processes, including Functional Unit Testing, Business Acceptance Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing.
- Identify and implement an automated testing application and process for continuous regression testing.
- Collaborate on CI/CD requirements and assist with the team deployment process.
- Define data architecture framework, standards, and principals, including modeling, metadata, security, and reference data.
- Lead the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Recommend solutions to implement new and improve existing enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that team goals and vision align with those of the department and company, while promoting collaborative relationships and culture.
- Contribute to the department and company technical vision by providing feedback on team performance and requested tasks or other issues, as well as proactive feedback to drive continuous product improvement of current and new application deployments.
- Collaborate on the technical and professional standards for Enterprise Systems.

Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 8 years of experience as a Systems Architect or Solutions Architect; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- A strong background in ERP and/or CRM system development and administration.
- Previous experience with the Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Service Cloud environment is preferable.
- Previous experience with NetSuite ERP preferrable.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum delivery framework.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end data management, governance, acquisition, modeling, storage, and access with various tools and technologies.
- Ability to lead and develop enterprise applications and interfacing/APIs with large, complex applications.
- Familiarity with iPaaS systems like Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Leadership abilities, including managing onshore or offshore development teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results.
- Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions.
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
- A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
