The National Curriculum Consultant plays an integral role in achieving aggressive sales goals by developing and delivering sales presentations in competitive situations. This position supports the Sales team, primarily by displaying an unmatched level of professionalism during delivery of sales presentations to district leaders, both in-person and virtually. This role requires significant travel throughout the United States (approximately 50% travel requirement).

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the National Curriculum Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $75,540 and $95,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote. You must reside within 50 miles of a major/international airport.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 50% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Create competitive sales presentations for our product suite.
- Deliver highly effective in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers, displaying extensive curriculum and product knowledge.
- Develop proposals and deliver presentations at national education conferences, webinars, and internal events.
- Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations and execute sales strategy.
- Remain current with educational trends and issues.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to contribute to the collective efficacy of the team.
- Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and events (required up to 50%).
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Persuasive presentation skills to a variety of audiences, primarily executive leadership, district-level leaders, and professional organizations.
- Experience using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, etc.).
- Outstanding command of the English language and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and external partners.
- Current and comprehensive knowledge of our company offerings and educational trends, or ability to quickly learn.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
- Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility, self-direction, creativity, strategic thinking, and commitment to personal development.
- Expertise in business software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to come up to speed quickly on new technologies.
- The ability to travel throughout the country up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
