As a Digital Adoption and Enablement Specialist, you will support the successful rollout and adoption of digital platforms by enabling users through training, communication, and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure users are confident, supported, and able to maximise the value of key business systems.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Support onboarding and training of end users on digital platforms
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops
• Track and analyse adoption metrics
• Support communication campaigns to drive engagement
• Identify adoption challenges and escalate insights
• Support change management initiatives
• Maintain documentation and improve adoption processes

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:

• 2–3 years’ experience in training, support, or change management
• Experience creating learning materials
• Understanding of change management (ADKAR preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

Compensation for this role is competitive and aligned with local market benchmarks in India. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
