The Opportunity

Join IGN as a Client Service Coordinator reporting to the Client Service Lead. Your responsibilities will be to support the team across all advertiser campaigns and productions. The Client Service team works alongside the Sales, Creative Strategy, Design, Social and Video Production teams to drive revenue for IGN by creating market-leading, innovative programs that exceed the expectations of audience and partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Client Service Managers, Video Producers, and the Design Team across the lifespan of multiple branded projects simultaneously.
  • Handle scheduling and calendaring for internal and external partners
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day scheduling and production challenges, sharing input and solutions
  • Handle the day-to-day maintenance of systems that track custom commercial campaigns such as Airtable, Formstack, Google Calendar, and Google Drive and ensures clear communication around project statuses, deadlines, and next steps
  • Assist with creating timelines for custom campaigns
  • Order production gear and supplies and ensure expenditures are tracked and recorded.
  • Work with Client Service Managers and Video Producers to create and distribute call sheets.
  • Arrange transportation for internal and external cast and crew.
  • Onboard freelance staff and process invoices and reimbursements.
  • Research, become familiar with, and maintain internal documentation around celebrity talent and influencers.
  • Outreach and coordination of crew and talent
  • Assist on set for custom productions and tentpole events.
  • Take a collaborative approach to all projects, working closely with partners across a variety of teams to understand the different needs of each in order to deliver the best possible outcome
  • Assist with Native article review

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree, or previous experience in digital media, video production, design, or digital advertising.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong research skills.
  • An effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Experience in video production preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced production environment
  • Based in the greater Los Angeles area, this role will work a hybrid schedule out of our West LA Office

Salary Disclosure: Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to $68,000, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
