Program Analyst
Description
Background information:
The Program Analyst will help lead multiple product area teams focused on applying IDT’s technology for deployment on U.S. Navy tactical platforms. Project areas include real-time automated test and analysis, virtual compute environments, machine learning based data analytics, cybersecurity, backfit and forward fit of tactical solutions, and network analysis in support of the U.S. Navy’s Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the tracking of solutions which meet or exceed customer expectations while tracking multiple projects’ scope, schedule, and cost. The Program Analyst will support customer requirements elicitation, assist multi-disciplined engineering teams, and perform program and/or project analytic activities to maintain and report on the completed project’s scope as a function of schedule and cost. In addition, the Program Analyst will track the status of the systematic conversion of customer requirements into solutions and account for technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support and document customer discussions, decisions, and requirements collection
- Develop a schedule and track project deliverables, cost, and schedule using ERP tools
- Develop and manage program or project execution and staffing plans
- In coordination with the Engineering Lead, develop and track reports on the status of a multi-disciplined engineering teams assigned to each project
- Evaluate project status to ensure progress is being accomplished toward customer requirements and then recommend actions to attain requirements within cost and schedule
- Perform allocation and tracking of work packages across numerous Control Account Managers
- Support proposal development of cost estimates for follow-on and new contracts
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Program Analysis in the federal government sector
Required skills:
- Prior experience analyzing DoD programs or projects
- Familiarity with DoD Systems and/or Software Engineering processes
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Federal Government contracts or equivalent
- Experience in Earned Value Management
- Understanding of U.S. Navy platform-level tactical systems and software
- Experienced in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools

Pay Range*: $100,000 - $190,000 or $180,000 - $250,000
