Employee notifies Primary Recruiter of application.

Primary Recruiter to meet with employee.

If selected for interview: employee notifies current People Leader, confirms with Primary Recruiter.

Employee receives calendar item for interview. Completes interview.

Primary Recruiter follows up with employee.

If selected for the position, HR to facilitate handover timeline.
