Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator - San Antonio (Immediate Opening)

Headquarters San Antonio, Texas

Description

Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Mission:

The Regional Talent Coordinator plays a key role in supporting IDEA’s mission by ensuring that high-quality candidates are actively engaged in the early stages of our recruitment process. This role focuses on outreach, candidate engagement, and logistics by helping build strong applicant pools across campus-based and regional positions. The Regional Talent Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and screening prospects, ensuring IDEA’s brand is represented with energy and professionalism at recruitment events, and providing a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through application submission.

This role is an excellent entry point into recruitment and talent acquisition, designed to build skill in sourcing, event execution, and candidate pipeline development. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends depending on scheduled events.
