Description

IBSS is seeking an Executive Program Liaison to support the IBSS President and its senior leadership.   The successful candidate will have a minimum of the three to five years of paid professional experience, to perform complex administrative and technical activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of activities requiring system coordination and extensive interaction with the HQ team and all the corporate program managers. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities to support government-client goals.
  • Perform administrative and customer service tasks in support of day-to-day operations of the President of IBSS.
  • Take initiative and manage tasks with moderate direction
  • Provide program management support to stakeholders
  • Leverage in-person discussions for stakeholders and teams 
  • Work alongside the Program Managers to interpret results and present findings, proposals, and recommendations with team members regarding program operations and processes when required.
  • Develop assessments to understand gaps that some business units may face 
  • Leverage in-person discussions for stakeholders and teams to hear details about the program and provide feedback and updates
  • Document technical requirements to solicit feedback and make improvements
  • Provide support for the planning and implementation of division activities, including data entry, analysis and reporting and logistical support.
  • Independently perform the full range of administrative support functions 
  • Draft correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda related to management and administrative programs and issues.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on questions and situations related to the services provided.
  • Respond to routine inquiries requiring knowledge 
  • Develop meeting notes from leadership and working group meetings.
  • Retrieve, assemble, and compile information in response to administrative requests or other inquiries.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management standards for the organization’s Google Drive.
  • Support the content management of the organization’s internet and intranet sites.

 

Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a federal contractor business
  • Strong Attention to detail is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to interact with all personalities
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
