About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Director of Sales to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by keeping iboss competitive and innovative in the marketplace. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team performance in a SaaS environment, developing strategic territory plans, and leading your team in penetrating and closing complex deals with C-level executives across enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by effectively leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Consistently deliver against quota while developing net new logos and expanding existing accounts in a SaaS environment
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands iboss's customer base and strengthens market presence across enterprise and federal sectors
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in partnership with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Product
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and positioning iboss solutions accordingly
- Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive shifts, maintaining a deep understanding of the cloud security landscape
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies based on field insights
- Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 -7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role in a SaaS or cloud security environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Experience selling to C-level executives across enterprise and/or federal accounts
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the cybersecurity or cloud technology landscape
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning through industry conferences, workshops, and certifications
