Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, HR systems, and compliance. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the organization to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our company’s culture and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
- Manage and administer U.S. and global benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.
- Oversee HR compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and international employment laws.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS management; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Support equity and compensation programs through Carta, including stock option administration and employee communications.
- Partner with finance and payroll teams on audits, benefits reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a technology or cybersecurity company.
- Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including reporting and benefits modules.
- Experience managing Carta or similar equity management platforms.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations best practices, and benefits administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
