Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Experienced in the areas in implementation of employment policies and procedures, employee assistance. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS databases and Applicant tracking databases. Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate competing priorities, and ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

The Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource and recruiting processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource and recruiting function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance HRIS and ATS entries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • Assists with processing of terminations
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review

Compensation: $18.00 -23.00
(Dependent on education and experience)
