The Opportunity:

The Benefits Systems Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of customized client benefits within the enrollment platform of Employee Navigator. 
In This Role You Will Execute On:
  • Manage implementation process for client Employee Navigator portal, gather information and documentation necessary to configure client requirements, identify potential obstacles or challenges and implement or recommend solutions.
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and auditing of client portals on a regular basis, identify and resolve potential issues to ensure continual and optimal functionality and client experience.
  • Conduct system training for client users, continually educate clients, internal team members and other stakeholders on Employee Navigator tools, resources, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Respond to user questions such as system functionality, site navigation or other issues, troubleshooting, investigating, or escalating issues for resolution as needed.
  • Assist in preparation of Employee Navigator system capabilities presentations for current and prospective clients.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of carrier and payroll integrations & 834 EDI feeds including discrepancy report resolution.
  • Update configurations based on client plan renewal details including plan and carrier changes and maintenance of integrations and EDI feeds.
  • Continually communicate with account team(s) during all phases of implementation and ongoing support to ensure all stakeholders are aware of status, deadlines, challenges, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on Employee Navigator tools, capabilities, and enhancements and identification of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with teammates on strategy and process improvements to provide the best experience for clients.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

In This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; healthcare or relate field of study preferred. 
  • One (1) or more years’ experience in employee benefits industry required.
  • Comprehensive benefits administration system navigation and configuration experience required.
  • Experience working with Employee Navigator strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to be empathetic, accurate, responsive, and resourceful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven Microsoft Suite knowledge including proficiency in in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
