Primary Responsibilities
 
In accordance with Hylant standards, procedures, and brand values:
  • Assist clients in developing robust employee engagement campaigns to include open enrollment education, health and wellbeing program promotion and education on benefit program tools and resources. 
  • Create engaging content for various communications channels such as emailing, building client portals, digital materials like presentations and flyers, as well as postcards and mail-to-home materials
  • Develop material and resources to help employees better understand and use their benefits by putting insurance technical information into layman’s terms
  • Collaborate with clients and Hylant service team to analyze employee communication effectiveness and propose new ideas to initiate improved member engagement
  • Collaborate with Hylant data analytics team to identify potential education solutions to concerning utilization patterns
  • Assist client executives with preparation of RFP responses
  • Coordinate with outside vendors on a per project basis (printing, translation, etc.)
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft product knowledge, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in Publisher and Canva (or similar) program
  • Basic graphic design knowledge for creating engaging content
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Proficiency in various communications channels
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative ideas and strategies to engage employees
  • Attention to detail and concern for accuracy, especially when dealing with benefits information and regulatory-required documents
  • Experience with copywriting and editing
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to obtain L&H license within 90 days
Work Environment
  • Work is generally performed in a typical office environment with limited exposure to physical risk or physical effort required.
