Summer and Fall Temporary Support

The Opportunity:
Our Surplus Lines team is seeking organized, detail-oriented temporary support to assist with compliance and documentation activities during our busy summer and fall seasons. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
- Reviewing documentation for surplus lines policies to ensure complete, accurate, and state-specific required paperwork.
- Identifying missing items or issues and communicating needed updates to service teams.
- Conducting internal compliance audits by reviewing lists of placed policies to confirm all required activities are properly completed.
In This Role You Will Need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Prior experience in administrative support, insurance, or compliance is preferable, but not required.
- Professional acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate systems and policies with ease.
- Ideally located in Toledo, OH with the ability to work hybrid, but not required.
- Ability to work as a temporary employee, through Summer and Fall 2026 at minimum.
