HydraFacial is hiring a Regional Key Account & Marketing Lead for Southeast Asia who will build and manage our non-medical channel key accounts, such as retailers, hospitality, spas, etc. and support the marketing execution of consumer facing and PR events predominantly in Singapore. The role will work closely together with APAC stakeholders in sales and marketing, and will report into the President, Southeast Asia.


Key Account Leadership:

  • Drive the expansion of HydraFacial and Perk in the non-medical channels across Southeast Asia
  • Responsible for building awareness, driving business development, lead generation, and sales of our systems across variety of non-medical channels: retailers, hospitality accounts, spas, wellness chains, travel retail etc.
  • Responsible for account relationship management in conjunction with our local distributors
  • Work with our Global team on global key accounts and ensure alignment in system, services, pricing and experience execution
  • Lead regular account review and planning discussions with key accounts 

Marketing Leadership:

  • Plan and execute on the marketing plan for Souttheast Asia with the goal to build brand awareness and consumer excitement around HydraFacial
  • Manage and implement events at corporates, retailers, malls, and in our HydraFacial Experience Center in Singapore
  • Develop and negotiate pop-up opportunities in non-medical channels
  • Drive the design and development of pop-ups and outposts adapted to operator requirements
  • Own and maintain the relationship with local PR and social-media agencies, marketing partners, and influencers
  • Track ROI and outcome of activities; manage the marketing budget to ensure adequate prioritization and support to maximize ROI
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders such as APAC Marketing, Training, our Aesthetician, local distributor, and local provider network to deliver on events and the HydraFacial experience


  • At least 10 years’ experience in sales/trade marketing function preferably in FMCG and/or Beauty industry with successful track record.
  • Business Development and Key Account Management experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen, marketing execution and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be hands on in managing and executing the marketing plan and multiple key accounts
  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box to infuse the marketing plan with excitement
  • Agility and ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and withing a small, entrepreneurial team
  • Growth mindset in building brand awareness and sles; results oriented with demonstrated track record
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree
