HydraFacial is hiring a Strategic Business Manager who will be responsible for leading the logistics and deployment of initial set-up and training programs with designated, strategic brands in Non-Medical.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Pitch and develop new corporate partners, providing product and business knowledges to educate and sell into new channels and chains.
  • Partner with clients on marketing and pilot programs to build a long term expansion plan
  • Manage a territory of HydraFacial customers within a corporate partner chain, providing initial and ongoing clinical training, introducing new products, and providing marketing support that ensures their success with the award-winning HydraFacial.
  • Help clients understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses and ensuring the reordering of consumable products that produce great outcomes for their customers.
  • Help partners improve their top and bottom lines with HydraFacial.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Business development experience, excellent interpersonal skills, very approachable and highly articulate
  • Self-motivated and ability to effectively work cross functionally to deliver exceptional results
  • At least 5 years of account management experience selling into the hospitality channels, preferably within the beauty categories. Hotel and spa experience highly desired
  • Must have incredible passion for skincare and comfort with performing HydraFacial treatment on others plus hands-on training experience using a medical or spa device (estheticians or beauty therapy experiences is a HUGE plus)
  • Must be flexible to travel
