HydraFacial is hiring a Strategic Business Manager who will be responsible for developing & delivering outstanding growth strategies to your partners as they look to you for your expertise.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You’ll coordinate the logistics for all initial launch trainings and education activities related to the sale and distribution of products with designated brands, travel required!
  • You’ll partner with your Strategic Business Director in delivering high-level Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned brands to align on growth strategies and key performance indicators to drive sales
  • You’ll co-host monthly check-in meetings with brand partners to execute initiatives to drive recurring revenue and identify new sales opportunities
  • You’ll create specialized programs providing ongoing training and education to our partners to influence their selling capabilities resulting in increased utilization, loyalty and brand awareness
  • You’ll understand HydraFacial’s Masterplan and will structure your business to help the company achieve these targets

  • You’re extremely skilled at driving and implementing strategies to exceed your personal and your customer’s sales goals!
  • You LOVE to build rapport with customers and have an incredible ability to effectively communicate, captivate and persuade audiences
  • You’re a road warrior that loves to travel across the country to meet with beloved brand partners for trainings, events and educational activities
