HydraFacial is hiring a Senior Manager of Training & Education, APAC who will manage and develop the delivery of meaningful experiences for all HydraFacial customers. This role will be responsible for program content, structure, and delivery of digital and classroom platforms.  Recruit, develop, and inspire training team members and facilitate the successful launch and utilization of training experience centers. 


  • Delivering high impact and productive training in the aesthetic industry for aestheticians, physicians, spa managers, distributor partners and other customers as well as HydraFacial sales professionals
  • Presenting and facilitating trainings and demonstrations for large groups
  • Assessing training needs, developing, and implementing programs and related communication strategies to support initiatives
  • Managing training event logistics from start to finish to ensure a fanatical focus on the customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of regional brand training plans
  • Strong communication with the APAC markets to understand training and development needs
  • Develop learning pathways for internal and external customers
  • Introduce new programs to excite HydraFacialists and drive revenues
  • Recruits, develops, and inspires training team members and facilitates the successful launch and utilization of training experience centers in region


  • 5 years’ experience in Aesthetics/Beauty market in APAC. Experience in beauty device training and education is plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading aesthetics training program assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • ACTA certification is preferred
  • Successful management of customer education programs online and offline.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and vendor to maximize training experiences for all customers.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to create success!
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, self-motivated and sales driven.
