HydraFacial is hiring a Service Support Representative who will be assisting with customer queries via phone and email in order to troubleshoot device concerns and process information for repair requests.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • General intake via phone and email – troubleshooting device issues, logging concerns, and taking in information for repair requests for equipment and all HydraFacial products
  • Logging all calls, and emails from customers via Salesforce for documentation and using Netsuite for replacements and RMA requests
  • Arranges for repair of equipment as well as sends out loaners (as necessary) if troubleshooting fails
  • Managing onsite equipment repair, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and test tasks.
  • Production of timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow up with customers - Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and track RMAs until back in-house and provide service updates to customers

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral / written communication
  • Ability to work as a team or independently
  • Exceptional technical aptitude with proven experience in electronics, including but not limited to electronic wiring, control boards, I/0 boards
  • Flexible schedule
  • Occasionally able to lift to 20lbs
