HydraFacial is hiring a Vice President of Human Resources for APAC who will be responsible for leading the HR team supporting our APAC teams and building relationships with key stakeholders globally. The individual should be willing and able to travel throughout Asia and the United States.  


  • Proactively engage with business leaders on people strategy and effectively delivering strategy through workforce planning and organization design and structure.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the APAC executive team members to drive growth and revenue projections into reality.
  • Manage the people and associated costs effectively and within budget
  • Lead the HR team to create positive and effective working relationships across the region and within counties, build employee engagement, manage performance and attract, retain and develop talent in a collaborative environment.
  • Develop, facilitate and execute change management and organisational development initiatives across existing and new territories.
  • Exercise your analytical muscles and develop a robust talent dashboard to tell the story behind our data.
  • Conduct compensation analyses of all positions which include conducting periodic competitive market pricing for positions.


  • 15 years of HR Management experience, with 5 at a strategic level working across numerous countries in Asia.
  • Fluency in English required, and Chinese or Japanese an advantage
  • Experience working with PEO and other payroll providers.
  • A strong leader that is actively engaged in the business that understands what levers to pull to get achieve results and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems on your own and help others do the same.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts.
