HydraFacial is hiring an Executive Assistant who is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive committee members. The Executive Assistant is responsible for conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and schedule meetings for executives. In addition, assist with various company activities and events.

We are a small team that is moving fast! Here is the experience you need to bring to the table for this role: 


  • Act as a liaison to the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Senior Management
  • Organize and coordinate special projects, meetings, and external relations efforts ensuring all appropriate participants are included and informed of meeting purpose and agenda
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements: domestic & international accommodations
  • Draft, edit, and prepare internal correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Run errands and perform clerical and administrative tasks. Connect with IT for technological support
  • Expense reporting and budget tracking
  • Screen incoming calls; take and deliver accurate messages; and respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff for assistance.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by management


  • College degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and/or 5+ years supportive C-level Executive/s of middle to large corporations
  • Possess high levels of prioritization and self-sufficiency with a service focused approach
  • Computer proficiency is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, travel coordinating software, Apple products and SAP is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, planning, time management, & organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion
  • Flexible schedule as dictated by the needs of the business for projects and meetings
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a field-based marketing or sales environment
