HydraFacial is hiring a Product Manager who will be responsible for building brand plans and developing marketing components including: Product story, positioning, pricing, claims including Regimen recommendation to Clinics, and branding for new products and the current.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Anchor cross functional teams to help driving product launches and ensure the smooth transition of product rationalizations
  • Work alongside your marketing counterparts on strategic product/brand communications such as advertising, communication, promotional materials, sales materials based on the product story.
  • Partner with Director, execute Product Marketing/Management e.g., taking into consideration market segmentation, market share analysis, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, distribution analysis, product evaluation.
  • Play critical role in executing brands plans for the portfolio of HydraFacial devices or consumables.
  • Drive new lead generation and customers’ purchase by strong Product Marketing communication at all customer touch points e.g. trade show, congress exhibitions, KOL seminar, Sales materials etc.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:                                                         

  • Expert-level experience with successful new product launches including licensed product across multiple segments
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling story through the strong brand plans you build AND execute
  • Strategic and flawless execution of marketing plans you built which are supported by your sharp hypothesis development skills, strong analytical skills and Consumer/Customer insight understanding
  • Learner/Winner mind set with sense-of-urgency to encourage yourself and colleagues around you for flawless execution!
  • At least need 3+ years’ experience in product management in either CPG, Electric device, and/or Medical Devices (both would knock our socks off!)
