  • Develop data-driven, high quality analysis of demand in order to generate a forecast at multiple levels of aggregation for 12-18-month time horizon.
  • Review YoY historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical analysis of market and customer trends, product mix, and promotion/event related analysis.
  • Be proactive in identifying gaps in monthly and quarterly forecast, especially as it relates to sell thru trends, channel inventory. Communicate risks and opportunities to relevant teams/stakeholders.
  • Contribute in managing product lifecycles by working with cross-functional teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, product transitions, and EOL strategies.
  • Be action-oriented and showcase an ability to drive the business to meet or exceed sales demand, maximize in-stock and inventory productivity.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations. Show expertise in building reporting tools and spreadsheets. Be a driver of continuous improvement opportunities in processes and business results.


  • 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent experience in Demand Planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) preferred
