HydraFacial is hiring a Desktop Support Technician who will be responsible for creating helpful user guides to be adopted by the HydraFacial IT Global Service team.


  • Partner with business side tech support to troubleshoot HydraFacial proprietary client-facing technology
  • Perform remote and in-person support and problem-solving of technical issues
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and process documents
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate equipment distribution to internal users
  • Providing outstanding customer service under stress and time pressures


  • A.S. degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or similar field; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Enthusiastic and intellectually curious about technology, and are motivated by the challenges of helping to transform a company and industry
  • Experience with service desk, computers, iPads, VOIP phones
  • A highly collaborative person who is flexible, and provides proactive and creative solutions that are responsive to your team and leadership
  • 1-2+ years of IT experience as Helpdesk or service desk role
