HydraFacial is hiring a Production Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the production manager, production team leaders and technicians in various technical and administrative functions by maintaining administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring production administrative projects. 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Process work orders on a daily basis (create/release)
  • Review daily and weekly production rates and throughput against schedule
  • Distribute work schedules and collecting EOD data to be used in creating daily reports against the production metrics
  • Support in the areas of production and serves as primary point of contact for issue resolution
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
  • Act as a liaison between production team leaders, purchasing, quality, warehouse and logistics to ensure production schedules are met
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure the raw goods/materials are in place for production assembly
  • Maintain production inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, need, and delivery.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with computer skills including, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge on the ERP system
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
