HydraFacial is hiring a Capital Sales Manager for North East France who will focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, or resort spas. 


  • Introduce new and existing accounts to HydraFacial by assessing the account needs and up-selling devices, marketing support and education & training.  
  • Help clients understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the need to meet targets and KPI’s  
  • Post-sale, you will introduce new customers to the BDM who supports the territory  


  • Experience selling into the aesthetics market -dermatology/plastic surgery - having relationships in your territory is key!  
  • Experience selling capital equipment  
  • Experience of closing sales based on return on investment and success helping medical practices or spas build a business around their products 
  • Fluency in the local language (good English skills are a plus)
