Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive data analytics to understand key business trends, assess risks and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Be a thought partner to stakeholders, understand their goals and objectives and use your analytical skills and tools to achieve desired outcome.
  • Identify and track product, marketing and business levers that drive key growth, revenue, retention and LTV.
  • Responsible for managing return-on-investment analysis for key events and initiatives.
  • Turn internal and external data discoveries into analytical insights. Requires a mix of high level leadership and deep understanding of the business, providers and consumers.
  • Partner closely with our IT team to translate business requirements to technical requirements. Continuously improve the quality of our analytical framework and data reporting infrastructure.
  • Build and develop a dynamic team of data-driven and problem-solving data analysts, providing professional and technical mentorship.




  • BS or MS in analytics, marketing, finance, statistics or a related field highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience; beauty, cosmetics, medical devices, retail and/or marketing background with consumer focus preferred.
  • 2+ years of industry experience developing complicated analysis and creating advanced dashboards in Tableau or other Bl/viz tools.
  • SQL Experience a plus
  • Strong analytical foundation and data-driven approach to understanding a business.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving, ability to take a broad challenge and break it down into solvable components.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prototype rapidly, iterate quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively explain, influence, and advise with interdisciplinary partners.
  • Languages: English required (read, speak, write), Mandarin a plus
