HydraFacial is hiring a System Admin who will be responsible for ensuring user productivity remains high with minimal system downtime.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights, in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage SSO provider, create SAML connections and maintain proper provisioning of accounts.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases.
  • Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
  • Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
  • Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts.
  • Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
  • Mitigate, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers, workstations, and mobile devices while handing escalations.
  • Perform asset management and tracking. Anticipate forecast and procure equipment.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
  • Experience with O365 Admin and Azure AD
  • Strong knowledge of implementing best practices for IT operations
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
