HydraFacial is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst who will simplify and automate information delivery, providing sophisticated insights and analysis to support decision making. This role will also focus on high-impact, high-visibility projects that contribute to improving the analytics strategy.


  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a high passion for reporting and analysis. Working with leaders throughout the organization to provide valuable financial hindsight to drive improved business decision making
  • Critical thinker who can identify reporting errors and gaps and develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong business partner who works with other business units and IT partners to develop processes, identify business opportunities through data, and work with IT technical staff to ensure data integrity within our world-class data warehouse
  • Recognized as the company’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all business reporting within our business reporting platform (Tableau)
  • Partners with Accounting & Finance on a monthly and quarterly cycle for month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Agile contributor who can quickly pivot and adjust to changing business needs and accommodate all ad-hoc reporting needs throughout the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) in related a technical field (Finance, Statistics, Business, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience as a (Reporting Analyst) or Financial Analyst
  • Attention to detail in analytics, including prior experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and CRM (SFDC, MS Dynamics) reporting thru Visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries 
  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep or similar tools
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, including Corporate Leadership
  • Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with general direction and flexibility in a high growth and fast-paced work environment.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $88,000 - $132,000)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
