HydraFacial is hiring an Experience Center Manager in Singapore who will manage all aspects of the Experience Center where customer and consumer events are hosted.  


  • Responsible for overall Experience Center operation and budget management
  • Responsible for Staff onboarding, training, rostering, performance, feedback and coaching
  • Lead, plan, and execute events in collaboration with education and marketing teams
  • Ensure exceptional HydraFacial Experience service standards by all Experience center team
  • Manage contracts with third-party vendors and suppliers; communicate expectations for deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Enroll and engage with customers to promote Hydrafacial treatment
  • Coordinate & identify potential leads, respond to inquiries & recommend providers based on customer needs
  • Manage booking system to maintain high occupancy in treatment rooms
  • Manage the experience center to ensure KPI delivery
  • Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific project requirements and goals and be the correspondent with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on deliverables
  • Provide consistent updates to key stakeholders regarding project strategy, necessary adjustments, and progress towards goals
  • Assist with HFX treatment and HFX training, when required 


  • At least 4 years as spa or clinic manager or related experience; hospitality experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on use of skin and body technology devices for face and/or body treatments required; Beauty certification (CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC / WSQ), a HUGE plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent service delivery and time management skills
  • Organized and meticulous work style
  • Motivating leader to team members
