HydraFacial is hiring a Commercial Director, Mexico who will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies and leading sales teams to meet and exceed company sales goals while understanding the needs of existing customers to support them and drive product utilization.
 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage large territory P&L
  • Responsible not just for the sale but for the ongoing account management through two distinct sales teams
  • Be involved with key opinion leader (KOL) development
  • As a sales leader, you and your team will introduce clients to the award-winning HydraFacial
  • Help clients position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses
  • Hire and develop top talent using various coaching methods 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Ability to motivate others and maintain accountability
  • Must have a track record of helping your sales teams exceed both sales goals and customer expectations by selling capital equipment in the aesthetics space
  • Experience hiring & developing top talent and ability to coach sales professionals in closing sales
  • Experience working with businesses like physician practices and high-end spas to enhance their business practices and their return on investment, and you will have a passion for lifestyle healthcare
