HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Be technically strong in GAAP and capable of independently delivering financial statements that would meet SEC scrutiny
- Support the production and review of all external financial reporting and related regulatory filings, including financial statements, registration statements, 10-K, 10-Qs, related schedules.
- Report to the SEC on an accurate and timely basis, ensuring adequate review and feedback from our auditors and legal advisors.
- Coordinate responses to SEC and/or other regulatory inquiries.
- Prepare the organization for changes to SEC guidance or other financial reporting matters.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Total experience of 7+ years with a minimum of 4 years of Big 4 public accounting audit experience and recent SEC reporting experience
- Deep subject matter expertise in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting standards
- Financial systems knowledge and expertise and familiarity with financial business applications, particularly ERP systems
- Active CPA License
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $120,000 - $155,000)
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
