HydraFacial is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for elevating accounts, training existing and potential customers, and supporting our outside sales teams to help drive results and deliver exceptional service.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Responsible for engaging with inactive and low volume accounts (Blue Circle tier) with the end goal of re-activating and graduating those accounts. As the primary point of contact, will connect with customer via phone, email and virtual meetings to provide business development support, marketing support and training.
  • Act as primary point of contact for account management needs of select non-Blue Circle account. Will make outgoing calls to prioritized accounts based upon potential and the needs for that region, i.e., geographical outliers and/or accounts the sales team feel can be well-serviced virtually. Will also partner with sales to determine and coordinate in-person visits.
  • Works closely with the BDMs ensuring accounts have full coverage and communication. Attends weekly regional sales meetings to keep informed and provide insight that improves the customer experience.
  • Produces regular weekly dashboards and reporting metrics to track KPIs and related activities, and shares reports with sales.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory and work with the RSD on special projects such as extended vacancy territory coverage. Support accounts remotely as needed through resolution of customer complaints or escalated issues
  • Responsible for improving our customers’ experience and delivering exceptional support on a day-to-day basis. The CES will be the subject matter expert of all things HydraFacial. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Account Management experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market – dermatology/plastic surgery – or selling into high-end resort spas (at least 4 years) AND
  • Hands-on training experience (having been an aesthetician is a plus but not necessary) using a medical or spa device
  • Must have incredible passion for skincare and comfort with performing the HydraFacial treatment on others
  • Experience helping medical practices or spas build a business around products
