HydraFacial is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing regional and local digital strategies and executing social media strategy across multiple segments

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead local teams to execute all digital marketing activities including communication contents creation/update, SEO/SEM, Apps, social media, digital campaigns and ensure activities align with the overall marketing strategy
  • Lead the regional social media strategy development. Manage and grow our brand visibility and preference across all platforms
  • Manage and growth Hydrafacial social community align with global strategy.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital & ecommerce initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist team in developing integrated digital marketing plans for new product launches and manage social content calendars, ensure designs follows brand guidelines, and aid with the implementation of all digital and public relations campaigns

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, oversea digital marketing experiences strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems and advanced analytical skills with ability to mine data for understanding and insight is required
  • Experience with leading and managing digital campaign, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal, and the demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and cross functional teams.
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization with good command of English in both oral and written communication
