HydraFacial is hiring and App Manager who will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and report directly into the Director of Digital Experience.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Participate in the user journey mapping and execution for our app in local and global businesses, including B2B and B2C solutions
  • Manage the day-to-day of the app, including KPIs, reports, and dashboards, and thoughtfully communicate results with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage the marketing requirements to support the strategy and overall user experiences and ensure the output of the digital experience to be brand-synonymous, on point with requirements, content-rich, relevant, and value-add to end users.  
  • Contribute to and support the implementation of the marketing roadmap for local and global businesses.
  • Work hand-in-hand with agencies and our cross-functional teams to produce phenomenal app experiences that meet business and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure we’re building a high-output creative and testing pipeline and cross-functional leaders to support their growth initiatives, including corporate marketing, sales, and training.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital experience management with a track record of launching complex mobile-first experiences with great results.
  • Expertise in industry-leading tools, tech stack, best practices, and internal + internal talent within the digital space.
  • Strong experience in DTC, omnichannel or B2B & B2C preferred. 
  • Solution-oriented with a passion for being hands-on in problem-solving and execution; high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results.
  • High emotional intelligence, the ability to forge meaningful relationships, engender trust, and can successfully navigate diverse stakeholder groups. Self-motivated; willing to be proactive and take initiative on open-ended projects with little oversight
