HydraFacial is hiring a Product Manager who will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and product roadmap for all devices including the HydraFacial and Perk capital equipment.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Developing and executing on the overall marketing strategy and marketing programs for these products;
  • Market intelligence collected through industry events, customer relationships and the sales team;
  • Creating and executing a product roadmap and demand generation strategy;
  • Managing all aspects of the concept, design, costing, testing, and forecasting of new products;
  • Development of promotional strategies and value proposition that enables our sales force to be more effective
  • Working closely with your product marketing peers to ensure the alignment of your strategies

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing as a product or brand marketing manager w/ at least two of those years in a medical aesthetics or beauty product company (device, equipment and/or skin care)
  • BS in Marketing; MBA would be a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation skills (project management, strategic deck preparation, and Excel modeling)
  • Track record of impacting product sales through effective marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals on time
  • English fluency required; German, French, and/or Spanish would be a plus


The role can also be based in Frankfurt, Germany.
