  • Lead the team to execute all digital marketing activities including communication contents creation/update, SEO/SEM, Apps, social media, digital campaigns and ensure activities align with the overall marketing strategy
  • Lead the company B2B ecommerce strategy development. Manage and grow our presence across all ecommerce channels.
  • Manage and growth HydraFacial social community align with global strategy.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital & ecommerce initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist team in developing integrated marketing plans for new product launches and manage brand calendars, ensure designs follows brand guidelines, and aid with the implementation of all digital and public relations campaigns


  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing; experience with Ecommerce preferred. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital & Ecommerce ecosystems and advanced analytical skills with ability to mine data for understanding and insight is required
  • Experience with leading and managing digital campaign, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal, and the demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and cross functional teams.
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization with good command of English in both oral and written communication
