HydraFacial is hiring a Experience Center Specialist in Singapore who will be responsible for all kinds of Experience Center’s Events and daily operation affairs.  


  • Provide customers with HydraFacial service consultation, including brand knowledge, product demonstration and customer experience with high service standards, passion, professional knowledge, and good communication skills
  • Understand customers’ needs and exceed their service expectations to achieve good brand loyalty, promote brand image and expand brand influence.
  • Responsible for customer registration, reception, and guidance, patiently answer customer inquiries, and assist customers in handling various procedures and preparations.
  • Responsible for collecting customer data, input relevant information into customer management system, manage visiting customer data information, and complete daily statistics.
  • Responsible for participating in events provided by the company for customers with team members, participating in on-site organization and coordination, actively handling, and solving problems and emergencies encountered in the activities.
  • Responsible for recommending providers suitable for Customer needs
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the experience center, check relevant products, displays, equipment and other affairs, and actively cooperate with manager to complete other tasks.
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities (ie outbound/cold calling, prospective customer follow up, etc.) 


  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with skin and body technology devices for face and/or body treatments required; Beauty certification (CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC / WSQ), a HUGE plus
  • Able to provide professional consultation and communicate benefits of treatment based on customer needs
  • Well-groomed, positive temperament, friendly personality, like to deal with people, with good communication skills
  • Team-oriented, good at coordination and communications, proactive, responsible, meticulous, and strong execution ability.
  • Have experience in organizing events and have on-site coordination ability and adaptability.
  • Required to work 6 days a week, with 1 off day
