HydraFacial is hiring a Senior Director of Retail who will be responsible for all aspects of account relationship management with assigned National and Global retail brands.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Responsible for all aspects of account relationship management with assigned National and Global retail brands.
  • Be bold & deliberate in your vision & execution of sales strategies, resolving inefficiencies & uncovering new growth opportunities.
  • Create and standardize the onboarding process for new retail opportunities. Leading pull-through strategies for assigned retail accounts to drive utilization, expansion, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop brand-specific marketing programs.
  • Drive leadership development with the retail team leaders to develop skills and ensure quarterly KPIs are met by their direct reports.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 7-10 years of experience working in a field-based retail or sales environment while managing others
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of the current beauty health landscape with a demonstrated understanding of the competitive environment
  • Proven success in building rapport with customers; ability to effectively communicate and persuade audiences
  • Must be a road-warrior; ability to travel across the country, meeting with brand partners as needed
  • Consultative and supportive approach to nurture and support the customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
