HydraFacial is hiring a Training and Education Manager who will be responsible for implementing fresh ideas for it's Training and Education Department. 


  • Delivering high impact training in the aesthetic industry for aestheticians, physicians, spa managers, and other customers as well as HydraFacial sales professionals
  • Presenting and facilitating trainings and demonstrations for groups of 25 -100 as well as conducting hands-on technique demonstrations
  • As a connector between various departments, you’ll be responsible for assessing needs and implementing programs and related communication strategies to support initiatives
  • Developing and running a NEW state-of-the-art training center in assigned territory that will be your hub to host customers for advanced aesthetic techniques and business marketing concepts
  • Managing training event logistics from start to finish to ensure a fanatical focus on the customer experience
  • You’ll ideate and collaborate with the Education team to develop new and advanced platforms to meet the changing needs of our customers
  • Some travel to customer and employee training events outside of your hub – includes tradeshows, Global Sales Meetings, and other regional trainings


  • Pretty awesome presentation and facilitation skills in front of both small and large audiences
  • Experience developing and delivering technical (clinical) and/or business development/sales training
  • Proven event coordination experience, including vendor management and contract review/negotiations
  • Comfort engaging with customers on camera and through social media
  • Comfort using PowerPoint to create high impact presentations
  • An ability to use MS Office Suite, specifically able to create Excel worksheets using basic formulas
