HydraFacial is hiring an HR Business Partner/Manager located in Ensenada, Mexico who will be responsible for all aspects of HR from best in class business partnership to creating a ‘WOW’ global employee experience.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:  

  • Partner daily with leaders across the business to create and execute the talent strategy for their teams – org structure, rewards, training, hiring, and engagement.
  • Engage in staff meetings as a change partner and business partner, providing insights into interpersonal dynamics, talent trends, culture, and solutions designed to get the best from everyone inside those organizations.
  • Coach leaders to be their best for their team and the company to achieve great results for both.
  • Actively participate in the hiring and selection process to ensure the team is selecting winning talent in all roles.
  • Develop, facilitate and execute change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Use your analytical skills to develop talent dashboards that identify trends and point to solutions.   

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: 

  • 5-7 years of HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience, working with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Ability to explain the business model of your company along with the challenge and opportunities it faces.
  • HRBP that is actively engaged in the business that understands what levers to pull to get achieve results and build strong, productive relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems on your own and help others do the same along with a demonstrated ability to take data and turn it into information; an aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts
