HydraFacial is hiring a Customer Care Representative who will be responsible for helping the HydraFacial team deliver five-star care to our customers. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Answer calls from customers assisting them with pricing, ordering, marketing questions, technical support, and RMAs. Transfers calls to correct person or department.
  • Assist customer in ordering supplies and marketing materials
  • Handle customers questions and complaints.
  • Process Sales Orders in ACT in a timely manner.
  • Perform out-bound telephone calls to promote current specials and provide customers with the latest product information.
  • Call customers that have credit card/payment issues to help resolve them and assure that the customer receives their shipments in a timely manner.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
  • You’ll get to spend all day interacting with customers over phone calls, LiveChat and via email.
  • You are very thorough and have a high attention to detail, following processes, logging updates in Salesforce and SAP matter to you.
  • You are calm, creative and a problem solver! You’ll partner with cross-function teams to resolve customer issues.
  • You are punctual and a great communicator
