HydraFacial is hiring a Strategic Business Manager who will be responsible for helping brand partners in the Hotel, Spa, Gym and Airport channel to leverage innovation to increase revenue

  • Coordinate logistics for all initial launch training and education activities
  • Develop new corporate partners within the hotel, spa, gym & airport channel, providing product and business knowledges to educate and sell through.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Corporate Account Manager Hospitality in high-level Quarterly Business Reviews, align on growth strategies, a joint Business Plan and drive accountability
  • Help clients understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses and ensuring the reordering of consumable products that produce great outcomes for their customers.
  • Help partners improve their top and bottom lines with HydraFacial.
  • Business development experience, skilled at driving and implementing strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, very approachable and highly articulate
  • Self-motivated and ability to effectively work cross functionally to deliver exceptional results
  • Account management experience selling into the hotel/spa/beauty/aesthetics market (at least 4 years)
  • Must have incredible passion for skincare and comfort with performing HydraFacial treatment on others plus hands-on training experience using a medical or spa device (estheticians or beauty therapy experiences is a HUGE plus)
  • Must be flexible to travel
