We are looking for a Head of Marketing to champion the voice of the customer and build products, programs and services that improve the customer journey across APAC! We are a marketing-led organization and are looking for someone to lead the charge!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with global marketing counterparts and local sales leaders to develop and execute a compelling strategic vision and direction for APAC
  • Lead a team of regional and country marketing professionals across APAC
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets for APAC.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for APAC
  • Supports the cross-functional teams to ensure strategic appropriateness for product portfolio related to product positioning, branding and pricing.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:   

  • 5-10+ years of senior-level marketing leadership experience and includes development & execution of market strategies for emerging or growth markets
  • Strategic and tactical experience across all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, product launches, communications, social media, etc.)
  • Successful history executing innovative branding campaigns, marketing plans and product launches
  • Excellent operational, project management, and facilitation skills, including the ability to manage diverse projects and teams across multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations
  • English proficiency is a must (written, speaking), multi-lingual with Asian languages highly preferred
