HydraFacial is hiring a Country Manager who will be responsible for being part of a team that is a key part of the company’s business strategy.

 HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  •  You will develop a go-to-market strategy & build out the business across your region including promotion of HydraFacial, establishing and maintaining strategic, strong relationships with key accounts.
  • You will set and execute sales objectives, goals and have direct responsibility for monitoring established targets; lead sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and continuously enhance market share
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of P&L management
  • You will manage and lead country-level marketing campaigns and product launches by partnership with regional & global marketing teams
  • You will recruit, coach, and mentor sales reps and account managers to maintain & expand sales of both HydraFacial machines and consumables

  •  Demonstrated sales leadership success- we want to hear about your President's Club winners and regional performance!
  • Specific examples of your success helping your team close deals and become better sales persons
  • An incredible passion for helping your customers build their businesses
  • Experience selling into aesthetics, dermatology/plastic surgeons, high-end resorts, and spas
  • Experience selling capital equipment to physicians
