In the Intelligence and Analysis Consultant role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on projects to improve the security and resilience of the nation’s supply chains with the DHS Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) National Risk Management Center (NRMC)
  • Work on CISA NRMC priority projects and utilize your intelligence analysis skills to identify and evaluate emerging and evolving threats
  • Grow and utilize your knowledge of supply chain analysis, cybersecurity, and resilience to assess consequences and risks of known or emerging vulnerabilities
  • Support and utilize complex analytical and research tools, practices, and skill sets
  • Work directly with clients and partners in designing and executing a range of research and analysis plans, as well as designing and creating analytical products to meet those client needs
  • Work on a dynamic and critical set of challenges in a prominent and exciting field
  • Collaborate closely with teammates across the project team and company
  • Grow and demonstrate your skills and expertise in a range of management and subject matter areas, including addressing high-profile requests for senior leaders and interagency partners

 Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • 6+ years relevant experience (work experience or graduate-level education)
  • Familiarity with research and information gathering platforms and tools
  • Experience conducting all-source analysis that utilizes open-source and specialized information systems
  • Experience in developing research plans and strategies to leverage a variety of platforms and data sources
  • Demonstrated experience with creating products that detail analytical findings and track the underlying creation and research processes
  • Experience with critical thinking and open-source information collection practices and processes
  • Experience with performing analysis based on multiple intelligence inputs
  • Experience or understanding of major cybersecurity risk issues and capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical materials and analysis into clear and concise summaries and products
  • Ability to work on client site or within a secure facility

 Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with DHS, Intelligence Community, DOD, or federal law enforcement analysis
  • Current or recent SCI access
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Certification or training in open-source research capabilities, tools, and platforms
  • Experience in cybersecurity breaches or cyber risk analysis, supply chain risk management, and/or policy review and analysis
  • Federal government consulting experience
