We are looking to fill the following positions at the Owensboro location:



  • 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)
  • Entry Pay Rate: $15.00  ($16.05 with 2nd shift premium)
  • Shift Premium for 2nd shift: 7% of base wage

Skill Requirement: Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written operational procedures to safely and efficiently perform essential functions required. Be able to organize work efficiently, push, pull, or lift product containers daily (bags, barrels, bins, etc…) and frequent standing on a daily basis. 

Primary Responsibilities may include:  Accurately pack and label the product according to customer specifications using scales and other equipment, such as hand scanners.  Must be able to operate the auto-packer, auto bagger and manual bagger machines. Must inspect all products for quality defects prior to packing, and be able to verify any and all products, packed by others.

Candidates are responsible for taking an active role in plant-wide safety activities, have a solid work history, strong work ethic, and be accommodating to shift work. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and the WorkKeys is also desired.
