Position Overview:

The key responsibilities of the Associate Trade Activation Manager are to lead retailer specific commercialization plans and drive all execution plans for all LEVOLOR initiatives.  This position will work closely with the Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations and Sales organizations along with various 3rd party vendors that contribute to driving LEVOLOR projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer specific product and program commercialization initiatives
    1. New product launch strategies, planning and activation
    2. National and customer specific marketing programs
    3. Work with kitting requests/distribution lists for each project
  • Trade Budget
    1. Initiate and issue all Trade purchase orders for all projects
    2. Balance the Trade budget month-to-month
    3. Communicate with 3rd party vendors and LEVOLOR Accounts Payable invoice transactions
  • Fulfillment Warehouse
    1. Monitor fulfillment inventory
    2. Obsolete/Add new sku’s to Rep Portal
    3. Set up of new reps within the fulfillment portal
  • SAP Program Management
    1. Set up and obsolescence of sku’ s for all LEVOLOR projects
  • Field sales communication liaison
    1. Key point of contact
    2. Retail priorities
    3. Tracking reporting for key initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of trade/channel or field team management
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience of converting insights to actionable results 
  • 5+ years’ experience with a CPG or durable company, ideally in trade or channel management and/or category management
  • Proven record of collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve results
  • Home Center experience a plus

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Window Coverings Industry experience preferred
