Customer Service Representative/Call Center Agent

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for solving customer service issues that are related to our entire line of custom window coverings.

You will be working closely with a large internet company’s end consumers, via email and phone assisting them with anything relating to our products including quotes, orders, technical troubleshooting, repairs, parts and remakes.

 

Qualifications

  • Professional, friendly individual with experience dealing with customers within a call center environment
  • Problem solving abilities, that will handle a range of customer complaints and challenges
  • Organized, detail oriented person, able to handle several tasks at once within a timely manner
  • Proficient in email usage and data entry, including dual screen and 10-key touch
  • Dependability is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year in a call center environment
Starting Compensation: $13/hr
