Position Intro:

Humble Bundle is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for the Humble Games marketing team. This individual will support the Sr. Product Marketing Manager to create best in class Go-To-Market plans in partnership with our Brand and Production teams, as well as perform research and analysis to optimize our product strategies. 

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work cross-functionally to project manage the development of GTM plans across the Humble Games portfolio
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a competitive database across indie titles
  • Provide pricing analysis and recommendations as part of the GTM framework
  • Coordinate game specific research by liaising with developers, production, brand marketing, and our research agency
  • Lead GTM creation for select titles, working with a variety of internal and external partners
  • Work closely with the Brand team to digest research findings and make recommendations on positioning and marketing pillars
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements to our GTM processes
  • Work with our portfolio team to evaluate potential new games from a product and market perspective
  • Ad hoc analysis of relevant business topics (ex: wishlist conversions, discounting)
  • Reviewing industry insights and reports to highlight relevant information to share with the broader publishing organization

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing, brand marketing, consumer insights, business intelligence, or similar role in the gaming industry
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies including research, competitive analysis, and pricing
  • Experience utilizing consumer insights and business intelligence to inform strategic recommendations
  • Interest in gaming and understanding of broader industry trends
  • Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of cross functional partners
  • Organization, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Competency in Powerpoint / Slides
  • Competency in Excel / Sheets


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Indie Gaming knowledge/experience
  • Experience with Wrike or other project management tools

Travel Requirements:

Occasional domestic air travel.
